I am over-the-moon thrilled that I found this Dentist. Dr. Ball was recommended to me by 2 people. I had suffered a trauma in my mouth resulting in a discolored front tooth, among other things. He worked wonders by internal bleaching this tooth, while other dentists recommended a crown, saying that the tooth cannot whiten. He saved me over a thousand, and it's really not a great idea for a crown to be on a lower front tooth, as it's so thin. Dentist receptionist (Melissa) is very pleasant, communative, and professional, and so is the dental hygenist. Music playing in the building is at a comfortable volume level, (not too loud which can be unpleasantly distracting). Positive energy in this establishment all around. Dr. Ball is very personable, and what I love about this dentist is that he explains to you exactly what he is doing throughout the procedure. Procedure was painless. The 3 times I visited I was able to get in the same day or the following day. I trust Dr. Ball's expertise and integrity. I will be transferring to his office to become a regular patient.

Dr.Ball is the best dentist in the WNY area. He is kind, funny, knowledgeable, professional, zany, and knows how to explain treatments to his patients. He provides great care and has a great staff. I love when I am with him how he explains what he is doing and why he is doing it, this helps me feel at ease and gives me confidence in Dr. Balls work - which is always meticulously done and done well. The hygienists are extremely professional and always do a thorough job cleaning your teeth and pointing out any issues they see either on x-rays or while cleaning your teeth. They also check for any other issues such as cancer or periodontal disease and explain everything as well. I have been seeing Sophie for a great number of years (over a decade) and I miss her and Dr. Ball as I have moved to NC and have yet to find a dentist and/or hygienist as great as this office and staff. I highly recommend this office and have many friends and family members that see Dr. Ball.

I switched to Dr. Ball about 6 years ago. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Very patient staff, happy to answer questions and i just feel like they actually care about me as a person. 5 stars!

Dr. Ball and his staff, especially Gwen, are absolutely phenomenal in patient care and helping decide a dental treatment plan. Gwen was perhaps the most skilled assistant I have ever had and cleaned my teeth gently and created a friendly environment. They are so much better than my last practice. Highly recommend!
